Which class is best for me?
It can help to have a chat to select the class best suited for your needs and goals. But briefly:
Chair based yoga uses chairs for seated and standing work, and is there to assist with any transfers to the floor. There are seated options for all standing and floor work for those who prefer this.
Flow vinyasa is a dynamic class with higher tempo and more physical challenges than Hatha. Sun greetings and links sequences are included. It's a good choice for those with an established yoga practice.
Hatha Yoga is a mat based class with slower transitions between asana postures and more time available within each pose compared with the vinyasa class. There will be some up and down from the floor with options available.

What are these classes like?
Tuesday Supported Hatha offers options throughout because we are all different and our yoga practice should reflect this. You can choose to be solely mat based or include the support of a chair for some or all of your practice. The pace is slow and steady with opportunities to be challenged!
Wednesday Evening Hatha is a more traditional mat based hatha class with a focus on building strength and range of motion, and breath directed throughout.
