For the purpose of providing group yoga classes and one to one tuition or therapy, Yoga Well requires and retains personal data on an initial enrolment form or case history form. This information is used for:

When not in active use, class records and personal data held on paper is secured in a locked file, on Yoga Well’s premises. Class and personal records may also be held electronically in which case they are password protected and / or data encrypted. Records will be saved for 7 years in accordance with our insurance requirements and the Data Protection Act. Subsequently, paper records will be shredded and electronic files deleted.
A third party database (Mailchimp) is used to manage and store contact names, email, and phone numbers. This enables Yoga Well to more easily manage communications. All such communications contain the ability to unsubscribe.
