Art Craft Workshop
This Art studio is tucked away in Lansdown so you may not be aware of this great local resource.  It is a lovely bright and airy space where they teach arts and crafts including pottery and also sewing.  It is a family run business with Tony and his daughter Wendy.
​We hold our Monday evening Yoga classes here (see our classes page), and they have been incredibly supportive and welcoming.

Natural Grocery Store
Cheltenham's own local organic grocery store of which I am a regular customer.  They have a great selection of goods and the store is also brilliant at supporting other local businesses.  They have an incredibly full and ever changing community board and have been kind and helpful in posting my flyers there.

YogaMatters
I tend to buy most of my yoga equipment here but you may find similar items cheaper elsewhere.  I think their product range and quality is good, and have found their customer support helpful and responsive in answering any questions and resolving any problems.

Cheltenham Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic
Students sometimes ask for a physio recommendation.  This is the physio team I have used for years.  They are an independent and local business.  Hayley and Jane have helped me recover from shoulder and knee injuries.  They also have a Massage Therapist on the team.
